Kickboxing combines the punches of boxing with powerful kicks, knees and footwork. A complete striking workout that builds fitness, coordination and real self-defence skills.

Our classes are technique-first: we teach clean form on every strike before putting it together into combinations. Expect an intense, full-body workout that's different every time.

No experience necessary. Open to anyone who wants to learn kickboxing or add variety to their striking training.
