The heavy bag doesn't lie. Hit it hard, hit it clean, hit it often. Bag Workout is one of the most addictive sessions we run: structured rounds on the heavy bag with active recovery, designed to build explosive power, cardio capacity, and real striking technique.
This isn't aimless punching. Every round has a focus: combinations, speed, power, defence-to-offence transitions. You'll be coached through it and pushed harder than you expect.
Open to all levels. Whether you're building fitness or developing your striking game, the bag is your training partner.
